The shipping for a t-shirt cost 2.9 Euros. Add 1 Euro for an additional t-shirt.

Deliveries will be handled your home country’s postal service, so you can expect your package to be delivered by your regular postal carrier. You don’t have to be home when you order arrives: our packaging is specially designed to slip into a standard letterbox. Just be sure to empty it out often enough so that there is room for your Wistitee package when it arrives!

You can order as many t-shirts as your pocketbook will allow.
Keep in mind, though, that in order to make delivery as easy as possible for your postal carrier, we allow only 2 shirts per package. That way the package will easily fit in your box.
Moreover, if you live outside Europe, keeping contents down to two items only ensures that you won’t be charged duty tax in your home country.

We can deliver your package worldwide provided your country has adequate postal service.
In the case that you don’t see your country in the country list on our order form, drop us a line, using our Contact Form, so that we can add your country to the list as soon as possible.

When you place an order for one of our new T-shirts offered at a reduced price, it is with the understanding that we will wait until the special sale is over before sending the order off for printing. Generally speaking, our print shop needs 10 business days to fill an entire order. In the interest of producing the highest quality t-shirts, this is a process that can’t be rushed.
However if you don't receive a message within this period, it may happen that our printer delays to receive the textile so please count between 3 or 4 extra working days.
Once the shirts have been printed and your order is packaged, you’ll receive an email confirming that your t-shirt is finished and ready for delivery.

It all depends on the item or items you’ve ordered:

  • If you’ve ordered one or more copies of the new, reduced-price T-shirt, expect it to take 2 or 3 days after it has been printed (see the answer to the preceding question for more details);
  • If you ordered one or more T-shirts from our permanent webstore where the items are already available, expect it to take 2 or 3 days once you’ve placed your order;
  • If you’ve ordered our new, reduced-price T-shirt as well as one or more items from our webstore, even though the items in the permanent webstore are already available, you will still have to wait 2 or 3 days until printing of the new T-shirt has been completed (please see the answer to the preceding question for more details).

Once your order has been packaged, you’ll receive an email letting you know that it is ready to be shipped.

After production and packaging, we ship your order and, depending on where you live, you’ll receive it as follows:

  • If we are neighbors and you live in one of the Benelux nations, you’ll receive your order in 3 to 6 business days, once it is in the mail ;
  • If you live elsewhere in Europe, expect it to take between 4 and 12 business days to arrive, once it is in the mail ;
  • Finally, if you live outside Europe but are still somewhere on the planet, then your order should arrive in 6 to 20 days after mailing.

Please wait until the full amount of time applicable for your region has lapsed before contacting us, via our “Order Not Received” form.

You won’t be able to track your order in the mail. You will, however, receive e-mails from us letting you know where your order is in the production and delivery process.

Moreover, if you are a registered member, you can check the status of your order at any time. You can do this by connecting with your username and password and then clicking on the link “My Orders” from your user menu.
Each order goes through a three-stage process:

  • “New order” means that your order has been received and that your t-shirt will soon be printed;
  • “Packaged and shipped” indicates that your order is in the mail;
  • “Delivered” lets you know that you (or one of your friends) is no doubt already wearing the t-shirt you purchased.

That depends on when you realized your mistake and the kind of mistake you made.

An incorrect address can easily be straightened out, so long as you have not yet received an email telling you that your order is already in the mail or, if you are a registered user, your order status still reads “New order” on your “My Orders” page.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or model, then it might be more difficult – but not impossible – to set things right. If the item is still on sale on the Wistitee site, it’s a quick fix provided you contact us promptly.
If the design is no longer on sale but your progress report still reads “new order”, we can correct the error, but our ability to do so is subject to the availability of spare t-shirts in the size you need.
Finally, if your order status reads “packaged and shipped”, then you’ll just have to wait to receive your order and then send it back for exchange (subject to the availability of shirts in the right size).

Whatever the situation, be sure to let us know ASAP, using our Contact Form, so that we can do our best to get your order right.

This is not something we like to hear and if you find yourself in this situation, then know that we, too, feel bad!

Before you get too concerned, however, first be sure that the maximum expected shipping time for your region has lapsed (starting with the date on which the “packaged and shipped” status appeared and not the date on which you placed your order).
Please wait until the entire period has passed before contacting us, using our “Order Not Received” form.

So your order has arrived, but upon opening it, you find that it has been damaged during shipping, that your t-shirt has a defect, or that the design isn’t what you ordered. We certainly hope this doesn’t happen to you! But if it does, contact us using our Return Form within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, so that we can straighten things out.
If possible, we will replace the damaged item with an undamaged one (subject to supplies); otherwise we will offer you either a voucher good for your next order, or a full refund.

So you tried you new shirt on and the size you ordered is simply not going to work (or perhaps you’re no longer the same size, having gorged yourself on bananas waiting for it to arrive!). All you have to do is fill out our Return Form within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, and request an exchange. Follow the guidelines that we send you by email.
Since our t-shirts are specially made to order only, there’s no way for us to guarantee that we’ll have extras in the size you need. If we don’t, we’ll either offer you a voucher for another shirt, or send you a full refund for the item.

The only items that can’t be exchanged or returned for a voucher or refund, are purchases made during special clearance events.

At Wistitee, we don’t want you to buy ALL our t-shirts (although we’d be perfectly OK with that): we want you to buy the t-shirts you like and we want you to be happy wearing them.
If, for some reason, the t-shirt you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, our promise of “satisfaction guaranteed or your money back” means that you can simply send it back and we will either send you a full refund, or a voucher good for your next order. Just fill out our Return Form within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, and follow the instructions that we will send you by email.
