Please fill out this form in order to return an item for a refund (as per your right to withdraw from an online purchase), or to exchange it for something else.

If you’re exchanging an item, be aware that, because our t-shirts are manufactured especially for you, we cannot guarantee prior to receiving your request that the exact size and model you want will be in stock. Also, know that shipping charges for the replacement item are your responsibility.

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 calendar days to let us know if you want to return an item using this form. Once you’ve filled it out, you have 20 business days to return the undesired items to us (you pay postage). We recommend that you send it in a large envelope. No need to use registered mail, just keep some proof of the postage you paid for the shipment.

Returned items must be in “as new” condition: we do not accept returns that have been worn, or that are dirty, torn or damaged. Clearance items cannot be returned.
If, however, the item had a defect when you received it or was damaged during delivery, we will reim-burse you for shipping costs once it’s back in our hands.

I agree to send the item received back to Wistitee within 20 business days by regular mail.
Wistitee agrees to reimburse shipping charges for returned items that were damaged or defective upon receipt, on the basis of the amount indicated by proof of postage.
